There is a trap in reading a table like this, mind. "More than 80 activities" sounds instantly better than "more than 50", and for the person who runs, rows, walks, lifts, does yoga and occasionally remembers to stretch, it probably is. But the Helio Pro's waist sensor was not trying to win an activity-counting contest. It existed to say something much more pointed about your HYROX technique and muscular cost.
