Our Verdict
Ideal for committed strength trainers who already own the Sport EXP system and are genuinely pressing or rowing in the 75–90lb range. If you're not already using the earlier stages regularly, or if you train in a commercial gym, skip it. A sensible buy for serious home gym users — but only as part of the full system.
